Those look great! I’m not a big pear fan, because I always think the ones in stores taste a little funny (never quite the right amount of ripeness). But I bet those are gonna taste delicious.
@LeoUrbis, Just off the tree fruit is always better, but I’m not a huge pear fan either. Still: they keep well & they are WONDERFUL cooked in a crockpot with a little red wine, water, lemon rind, spices & brown sugar.
